- Writing and repeating positive affirmations has been surprisingly powerful. I’m still new to this, and sometimes I feel silly, but it’s helping me build a more positive mindset. One of my favorites: β€œI am capable and ready to achieve my goals!”

3️⃣. Visualization 🎯
- I spend a few minutes visualizing my goals and the steps to achieve them. It’s been motivating, even though some mornings my mind wanders. I’m learning to bring it back gently.

4️⃣. Exercise πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
- Incorporating a quick workout into my morning routine has been a game-changer. I aim for just 10-15 minutes, whether it’s stretching or a short run. Admittedly, there are mornings when I skip it, but I always feel better when I do it.

5️⃣. Reading πŸ“š
- I’ve committed to reading a few pages of a personal development book each morning. This has been easier for me, as I love learning new things.

6️⃣. Scribing (Journaling) ✍️
- Writing down my thoughts and goals each morning helps me start the day with clarity. I don’t always manage to write a lot, but even jotting down a few lines makes a difference.

I’m still a work in progress and some mornings are tougher than others. But, by taking these small steps, I’m already starting to see improvements in my energy and mindset.
